I understand HOME collects my name, contact details, availability and application answers to review this First Five application, that this data is stored via our Supabase database and processed through our Gmail notification system, and that I can request access, correction or erasure at any time by emailing homeenterprise100@gmail.com — see the Privacy Policy for full detail. I may withdraw this consent at any time.
02 Media & Work-Product Release
I understand that pilot sessions may be filmed, photographed or recorded, and I grant House of Motion the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works from photographs/video/audio featuring me, for commercial, promotional and editorial purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised.
I further understand and agree that House of Motion retains ownership of the content and recordings I create during my pilot session using HOME's equipment and platform, and may use, reproduce and distribute that material for the same purposes. No compensation is provided for any of this use unless separately agreed in writing.
